All content, designs, digital files, products, photographs, text, graphics, and branding displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Webster by Design (trading under Custom Paper Boats, SLU) unless otherwise stated.


All rights are reserved.

1. Copyright Protection

All digital and physical designs sold through this website are protected under international copyright law.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Digital files

  • Printable templates

  • Sublimation designs

  • Embroidery patterns

  • Handmade product designs

  • Product shapes, layouts, and decorative styles

 

Some designs may include licensed elements from Creative Fabrica or similar providers. These licences do not transfer to the customer. I provide links to the original resources so you can purchase your own licence if you wish to use those elements independently or in your own creative work. I believe in giving proper credit to the original artists whose designs help inspire my creations.

2. Digital Downloads - What You Can and Cannot Do

✔ You May:

  • Use the digital files to create finished physical products (e.g., tiaras, mugs, tees, decorations, gifts, etc.)

  • Sell the finished physical items you make using our designs (small business commercial use permitted)

  • Personalise the designs for your own customers

  • Print the designs for personal or commercial use in a physical, finished form

 

✘ You May NOT:

  • Resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files in any format (“raw” resale is prohibited)

  • Upload the digital files to any website, marketplace, or print-on-demand service

  • Claim the design as your own

  • Modify the digital file for the purpose of reselling it as a new digital product

  • Use our digital designs to create new digital files for sale (e.g., SVGs, PNGs, templates, or clipart)

 

These restrictions protect our original work and any licensed elements we have paid to use.

 

3. Physical Products - Reselling & Distribution

✔ Small Business Makers:

You are welcome to:

  • Use our handmade items in your own finished products

  • Sell these finished products to your customers

  • Sell forward our finished, unmodified Webster by Design physical products

 

✔ Selling Our Finished Products “As Is”:

If you purchase our handmade items and sell them forward without modification, you must keep them in the original Webster by Design packaging. This ensures brand consistency and authenticity.

 

✘ Not Allowed:

  • Removing or replacing Webster by Design packaging when reselling unmodified items

  • Rebranding our designs as your own

  • Physically altering our products and reselling them as original Webster by Design items

 

If you are a distributor or retailer, please contact us for appropriate arrangements, bulk orders, and custom discounts.

4. Brand Assets

The Webster by Design name, logo, product photos, and marketing materials may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.

 
5. Reporting Copyright Misuse
