Spain & Europe (incl. UK): Free on orders over €100
International (rest of world): Free on orders over €200
In-store pickup: Always free from our Palma office
(Mon - Fri: 10:00-17:00, Sat: 10:00-14:00, closed Sundays)
Sales Tax: The prices below do not include IVA or any equivalent indirect tax that may apply. 21% IVA will be applied at checkout where applicable.
Import Duties: Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary where applicable depending on the destination country.

Additional Information

Delivery times are calculated in working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery attempts: x2. After that, parcels are held at the post office for 15 days before being returned.
If your order exceeds 2 kg, we’ll contact you to adjust shipping costs.

Shipping Disclaimer

We always do our very best to meet the deadlines you give us, even when it means pulling off the occasional small miracle! However, the shipping delivery times stated above are approximate, and once your order has been shipped, delivery is in the hands of the shipping carriers. We have no control over any delays that may occur, especially if needing to pass through customs control. Wherever possible, please allow a little extra leeway with your timing to avoid disappointment, especially during busy periods or when shipping internationally.
